We want you to have the h a p p i e s t experience. For this reason, our Returns Policy is super simple.
You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to decide if it's not quite right. Everything you buy on our site is eligible for return except final sale items and stickers.
Returns will only be accepted if the item is in its original condition - this means unworn and unwashed with tags and barcode/SKU information in tact.
Items may be rejected for return due to, but not limited to, the following reasons:
- Pet / Human hair
- Stains and residue from deodorant or other hygienic products / Make-up
- Smell (smoke, body odour, etc.)
- General damages
- Sign of wear
There are very rare instances where you may have received a faulty or incorrect product. Contact us directly so we can organize a pre-paid label and replacement item.
We reserve the right to adjust your return method if your return arrives in an a condition which does not meet our returns policy.
14-Day Return Policy

Refunds can only be done to the original purchaser’s payment method on file with us or by gift card credit. Returns are processed within 1-5 business days of items received. Generally, it takes 3-5 business days to appear on your statement.
We do not accept returns outside of our Return Policy, however, in special circumstances if & when an exception to a return outside of the policy is made, a 25% restocking fee may be applicable per return.
In-Store Credit | Free Return Label
Perfect! If you know you’ll buy something in the near future, but aren’t quite sure what you want right now when you choose in-store credit, the cost to return your items is on us! All in store credits are issued in Canadian currency.
Original Payment Method | Customer Paid Return Label
When you choose to receive your refund on your original payment method, the cost of returning your items is removed from your total eligible refund amount. For a free refund, choose store credit instead.
Exchanges
While we do not offer exchanges if you choose store credit we will pay for the return shipping and issue you a voucher equal to the value of your original order.
Damaged Item Received
Yikes! We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you receive a damaged item shoot us a message at info@happiestcollective.com to arrange for a replacement or refund.
Wrong Item Received
Oops! Contact us right away at Info@happiestcollective.com and we’ll take care of it.
Cancel Your Order / Edit Your Order
We do not accept order cancellations.
Adjustments to an order after it has been placed is not guaranteed. For shipping address adjustments, please send us an email at info@happiestcollective.com immediately. If your order has not yet been processed by the warehouse team, changes will be made.
We do not offer order cancelations. Things happen. We get it. We understand that a situation may arise where you need to cancel your order. However, Happiest Collective is currently working with a third-party warehouse which stores, packs, and ships out all of our Happiest goods. This is great because it means your orders are processed faster than ever. Sometimes even just minutes after checkout! Unfortunately, that also means that cancelations can be tricky for the team at Happiest Collective and the warehouse team to communicate a cancelation request prior to your order being processed, packed, or shipped. Because of this we do offer 14-day returns for all customers. To learn more check out our return policy.
Given this reality, we ask that you only place orders that you're absolutely sure about. If impulsive buying takes over, please wait to receive your order and then process a refund at your earliest convenience by visiting Our Returns Portal.
As a small business, shipping label costs for returns are the customers responsibility. We only offer free shipping labels for in-store credit.
